Adding
your plate to MYPL8 is easy. Just fill out the form below. Upon
submittal of the form, an email will be sent to you containing detailed
instructions on getting us the graphics you want placed into the MYPL8 directory, including
a photo of your license plate.
When we receive all the data you want listed, your information will be
included on the MYPL8 website and we will immediately mail you your "See
My Story at
MYPL8.com" license plate holder to the mailing address you specify
below.
